Terms and Conditions – Marriott Bonvoy Member exclusive spa privileges (applicable to Greater China)

• Marriott Bonvoy® members (“Members”) are eligible to enjoy the following offers in accordance with the terms and conditions set out hereunder (collectively, the “Offer”):
• (A) Members will be eligible to earn Marriott Bonvoy points in connection with eligible spa charges at participating spa outlets in properties operating under the Brands (as defined below) in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (“Participating Outlets”) (“Earning Points Offer”);
• (B) A choice of a complimentary spa enhancement service for every eligible spa treatment purchased (“Complimentary Spa Enhancement Service”) applicable at Participating Outlets only; and
• (C) Access fee waiver at Participating Outlets.
• In order to enjoy the Offer, you must be a Member and adhere to the General Terms of this program (which are available here). Marriott does not charge any fee to join Marriott Bonvoy. To become a Member, please click here .
• Members who are staying in a guest room of a Participating Property can enjoy Complimentary Spa Enhancement Service, access fee waiver and earn points based on the earning rate applicable to each Brand when the bill from Participating Outlets are posted to the member’s guest room bill. If a member staying at a Participating property chooses to pay the bill at the Participating Outlets instead of posting the bill to the member’s guest room bill, they will earn points based on the Earning Points Offer.
• Members who have not booked accommodation at a Participating Property can enjoy Complimentary Spa Enhancement Service, Access fee waiver and the Earning Points Offer at Participating Outlets.
• The Offer is available at Participating Outlet under the following brands: The Ritz-Carlton® , St. Regis® , EDITION® , The Luxury Collection® , W® Hotels, JW Marriott® , Marriott Hotels® , Sheraton® , Le Méridien® , Westin® , Autograph Collection® Hotels, Renaissance® Hotels, Tribute Portfolio™, Courtyard by Marriott®, Four Points® and Element® (the participating brands to be referred to as “Brands”). Earning Points Offer

• Members who are not staying at the hotel where the transaction occurs may earn 5 points on total check, for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible spa services, including the corresponding taxes, service charge, and gratuities, as determined by Marriott or the respective Participating Outlet.
• The Offer does not apply to personal trainer fees, spa and fitness class / access / membership fees, spa beverage and meals, spa retail products, spa certificate purchases, and the corresponding taxes and service charges.
• It may take up to 7 business days after each patronage for points to be posted. If after 7 business days, Members do not see the points in their accounts, please contact Member Support.

Complimentary Spa Enhancement Service

• Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite Members may enjoy a choice of a complimentary spa enhancement service for every eligible spa treatment purchased at a Participating Outlet.
• The choice of Complimentary Spa Enhancement Service will be at the discretion of each Participating Outlet, and may vary at each Participating Outlet, and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Access fee waiver

• Where access fees are charged to guests without a valid stay for the use of a Participating Outlet, such Participating Outlet will waive such access fees for Members who book a spa treatment.

General Terms

• Advanced reservations at Participating Outlets are highly encouraged but not compulsory.
• Cancellation and other policies may apply and are subject to the individual outlet’s policies. In addition, there may be restrictions on the use of spa services in the event of any medical condition, as per the policies of the Participating Outlets.
• The Offer is not applicable in conjunction with other spa or hotel specific promotions including spa membership or credit card offers, except with the discounts offered to Marriott associates.
• In order to receive any of the benefits under the Offer, payment for all corresponding charges must be made by the Member enjoying the spa services and a Member will not be able to receive any such benefits for charges made by persons other than such Member.
• Offer only applies to transactions settled by cash, credit card, debit card, or other applicable electronic payment, as well as Marriott Gift Card, when Membership Number is presented at time of payment. Marriott Bonvoy Points are offered at hotel’s discretion for charges settled by other spa gift certificates or vouchers.
• Where using a credit card, debit card or other applicable electronic payment, in order to receive any benefit under the Offer, the name on any such credit card, debit card or electronic payment method must match the name of the Member on the Member’s Marriott Bonvoy account.
• Any calculation in connection with the Earning Points Offer will be calculated at the sole discretion of Marriott. Spend amounts for the purposes of the Earning Points Offer may be based on the local currency amount after conversion to U.S. dollars. Local currency is generally converted into U.S. dollars on the day of the spend. Marriott will use a published rate of exchange in effect at the time of conversion, which rate will be determined at Marriott’s sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods. The method of conversion is subject to change at Marriott’s sole discretion.
• Any queries on points earning must be raised immediately upon bill settlement at the Participating Outlet. No amendment will be made thereafter.
• Offer is non-exchangeable, non-cashable and non-transferrable.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation by Marriott which shall be final and conclusive. In case of dispute, Marriott or the applicable Participating Outlet reserves the right to make the final decision as permitted under applicable laws.
• To the extent permitted by law, Marriott reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to the Offer, and to the products, programs and term described in the Offer, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
• Marriott and the applicable Participating Outlet do not accept any responsibility or liability for any faults or omissions in the operation of the Offer. Marriott and the applicable Participating Outlet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental, and consequential loss or damages) from the Members’ acceptance and use of the Offer.
• In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
